Welcome to the Colgan Band Program!

We are so happy you and your student will be joining the Colgan Band family! The first step in the process is making sure you or your student has communicated with Mr. Magee MageeDE@pwcs.edu about being a member of the Colgan Band Program.  Secondly, in an effort to keep you informed, we kindly ask you to fill out the registration form found below and register in CHARMS at your earliest convenience.   CHARMS is a software program which handles all of our concert band, marching band, and color guard information and communication.   You will also be able to use this site to make dues payments, uniform payment, and special event payments such as Disney. This registration is required of all band students whether they are concert band only or marching band. Instructions for CHARMS are found on page 2 of the registration form.

Do you plan on joining the Pride of Colgan Marching Band?  If so, you can use the 2021-22 Membership Packet found below.  The Pride of Colgan Band registration form and CHARMS instructions are found in this packet, along with everything you need to know for marching band.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Colgan Band Boosters





The Band Boosters maintains a public Facebook page and an active, private Facebook group.  You must request access to the group. This protects our students because we post updates on travel plans and other important information.
